Coaching leaders for the 21st century
After a contract is agreed with the organisation or individual direct, a learning programme will be devised to enhance change, growth and address development needs and may include:
- asking questions that help a client get as clear a picture as possible about what they want to achieve
- the use of empathy and humour
- awareness of temperament, control and power in the workplace
- aligning actions with shared business values and developing leadership and management capability
- looking at the purpose behind the goals and not just the goals themselves
- creating esprit de corps and understanding the perspectives of others
- reviewing personnel problems and team structures
- building organisational skills and self confidence
- handling the emotions of self and others
- adapting to changes in the market place
